• Recommendations are based on the information you provide and the plans available to us through our contracted carriers.

No Guarantee of Coverage

• Coverage decisions are made solely by the insurance carriers. We do not guarantee approval or coverage.

Client Responsibilities

Providing Accurate Information

• You agree to provide accurate and timely information. Inaccurate or incomplete details may result in incorrect plan recommendations or denied applications.

Decision-Making

• While we assist in providing guidance, the final decision regarding any insurance product is solely yours.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by Agents Impact—including text, images, and logos—is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Privacy

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the data practices outlined therein.

‍Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to [10] SMS messages per week related to your [appointments/follow ups, etc.].
